A problem has been detected and the game has been shutdown to avoid game data errors.  If this is the first time you’ve seen this page, please restart the game. If this page appears again, that maybe the game was installed incorrectly, or the phone memory is insufficient. Please follow these steps to try to fix it:

1. Close some apps to free up phone memory. Then restart the game. If this does not help, please continue to follow the steps.
2. Open the Settings menu on your device.
3. Go to Apps or Application Manager. (This option might differ depending on your device.)
4. Scroll the All apps and then scroll down to the Google Play Store app.
5. open the app details and tap the Force stop button.
6. Tap the Clear cache button.
7. Repeat the steps above, but replace Google Play Store in steps 3 with Google Play Services.
8. Uninstall the game and Go to Google Play Store to reinstall it.
